What We Offer:
Electronic
and Paper Claims Filing
We offer electronic claims filing using the state of
the art software and clearinghouse services. We transmit claims
electronically for Medicare, Medicaid and over 600 insurance
carriers. If your claims cannot be filed electronically, we
will prepare paper claims and send them by first class
mail.
Insurance
Follow-up on Unpaid Claims
If
electronic claim is not paid within 15-20 days, we contact the
carrier to inquire about the claim status. For paper claims we
follow-up 30 days after the submission to verify receipt and status
of the claim.
Full Practice
Management
We offer full practice management of
your claims and accounts receivable including payment postings,
claims filling, patient appointment reminders and monthly
statements. Our services can be custom made to fit your needs.
Secondary and Tertiary
Insurance Billing
Secondary and tertiary
insurance companies are billed automatically upon receipt of the
primary's EOB.
Soft
collections/ Account Receivable
Do you have old or rejected claims but not enough staff
time to investigate them? We can help. We work with insurance
company to get those claims paid for you. Under your
direction, we will send pre-collection corresponding letters to
patients regarding their past dues.
